Birdie Craig Spradley

Mrs. Birdie Craig Spradley, age 81, beloved wife of nearly 62 years to Mr. Cyrus Spradley, entered into rest on Monday May 4, 2026 at her home in Aiken.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, Russell Tony (Amanda) Spradley, Thomas Brian (Tracy) Spradley, Valerie Faye Spradley; grandchildren, Melissa Spradley, Aidan (Carlee) Spradley, Logan (Kateryna) Spradley, Noah Spradley; one great grandchild on the way; and sisters, Ann C. Bedanbough, Shirley Craig Hughes.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Burdette and Louzelle Craig; and brother, Bill Craig.

Mrs. Spradley was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Aiken where she once served as the church organist. She deeply loved her family and will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Friday May 8, 2026 at 2PM at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Brancie Stephens and Pastor Stan Adams officiating. The interment will follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be: Aidan Spradley, Logan Spradley, Noah Spradley and Lee Benson.
