Dorothy Ann Williamson

Ms. Dorothy Ann Williamson, age 79, entered into rest Saturday January 31, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her daughters, Laurie (Bill) Scott, Wendy (Cliff) Kizer, Miranda (Matt) Woods; grandchildren, Blakeley (Justin) Hydrick, Austin (Taylor) Scott, Brookelyn (Jacob) Eskew, Cruz Kizer, Everett Woods, Alex LeSesne, Max Kizer; great grandchildren, Charlestyn Hydrick, Channing Hydrick, Dutton Eskew; brother, Ray (Sheree) Williamson; sisters, Judy (Gene) Strickland and Virginia Jordan; and sister-in-law, Darlene Williamson.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Juanita Williamson; great grandson, Decker Hydrick; and brother, Mickey Williamson.

Dot enjoyed cruises, the ballet, reading, collecting cookbooks and experimenting with her vegan recipies. She enjoyed watching old movies and "the classics". She was a member of the Heritage Co. Church in Lexington SC. Dot loved her family and getting to spend time with them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private family graveside service honoring her life will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pastor Austin Scott and Pastor Justin Hydrick officiating. Entombment to follow. Sons-in-law and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
