Jerry William Holsonback

Mr. Jerry William Holsonback, age 75, beloved husband of nearly 56 years to Mrs. Vickie Brown Holsonback entered into rest on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at his home in Aiken.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Jeremy (Stephanie) Holsonback, Jaime (Daryl) Carter, Jenna Taylor, Carlee (Aidan) Spradley, Caylee Holsonback; grandchildren, Bryson Holsonback, Jodie (Reagan) Pugh, Dusty Holsonback, Cameron Taylor, Bentley Corbett and one on the way, Baby Spradley; sister, Dale (Sam) Jordan; and brother, O'Neal (Janis) Holsonback.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Violet Holsonback; and sister, Voncille Cumbee.

Mr Holsonback was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Aiken. Even though Jerry always had a full-time job, farming was what he loved. He learned that from his daddy as he worked along side him until the Lord called his daddy home.

After his retirement, Jerry's favorite pastimes were watching the children and grandchildren when they were younger, and later as they were older do all of the farming. He was a great supervisor. He was a loving husband father and grandfather, and he will be deeply missed by all who were touched by his life.

A funeral service honoring his life will be held on Friday April 24, 2026 at 11AM at Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Taylor Wells officiating. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be: Jeremy Holsonback, Daryl Carter, Bryson Holsonback, Reagan Pugh, Aidan Spradley, Dusty Holsonback and Cameron Taylor.
