John David Hartley, Jr.

Mr. John David Hartley, Jr, age 61, entered into rest on Friday October 9, 2026.

He is survived by his children, John Benjamin Hartley (Mandy), Amber Hartley (Corey), Krystal Stallings (Ben); mother, Joyce M. Hartley; brother, Kevin Hartley (Kristi); grandchildren, Kenzie Boatwright, Bryson Boatwright, Waylon Stallings, Jayden Scott; nephew, Kyle Hartley; niece Kendall Boyer (Isaiah); great niece, Emmersyn Boyer; great nephew, Stetson Boyer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, John David Hartley, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Julian and Mageleen Mundy; paternal grandparents, Silas and Lottie Hartley; and niece, Cydney Hartley.

David was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, son and friend and will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

A memorial service honoring his life will be held on Friday October 16, 2026 at 4PM in the chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 3PM until the time of the service.
