Johnny W. Scott, Sr.

Mr. Johnny W. Scott, Sr., age 70, entered into rest on Saturday April 11, 2026.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Cook Scott; son, Johnny W. Scott, Jr.; daughters, Donna Marie (Jerry) Carlisle; Judy Nicole (Michael, Jr.) Harris, Sarah Ann (Daniel) Lard, Tiffany R. (Brandon) Deas, Kimberly (J.T.) Scott; thirty two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brothers, Cleveland Forrest Scott, Jr., Jimmy W. Scott (Lib), Roger Dale Scott; sisters, Anne (Jim) Burckhalter, Esther Grantt.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleveland Forrest Scott, Sr. and Jewel Marjorie Croft Scott; sister, Sarah Paulette Scott; and brother Michael W. Scott.

Mr. Scott was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Graniteville. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing his guitar. He loved his family especially spending time with his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service honoring his life will be held on Saturday April 18, 2026 at 12PM at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor George Johnson and Rev. Steve Gillette officiating. The interment will follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening April 17, 2026 from 6-8PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Johnny W. Scott, Jr., Brandon Smith, Michael Harris, Jr., Daniel Lard, Brandon Deas and Jerry Carlisle.
