He is survived by his children, Kim (Ben) Price, Phillip (Miranda) Turner; grandchildren, Billie Price, Luke Price, Zach Price and Kaylee Turner; caretaker and trusted friend, Deborah Silas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lannes, Sr. and Faye B. Turner; sister, Judy Challgren; and step mother, Frances Zimmerman Turner.
Mr. Turner was a 1963 graduate of Byrnes High School in Duncan South Carolina and enjoyed keeping in touch with his classmates through the years. He was an avid Gamecock fan, especially woman's basketball. Mr. Turner enjoyed spending time with his dog and watching TV. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he impacted.
A graveside memorial gathering will be held privately.
