Leila Durden Strom

STROM-Entered into eternal rest on Saturday June 12, 2010, Mrs. Leila Durden Strom, age 87 of Warrenville, S. C., wife of the late Grady Harrison Strom and daughter of the late John H. Durden and the late Melissa Hutchinson Durden. She is survived by daughters; Jacqueline S. McClain of Graniteville, Brenda Strom of Warrenville and Sandra Strom of Wrightsville, Ga.; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by twelve siblings. She was born in Tombs County, Georgia but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S. C. She was a member of Graniteville First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched; however, Earth’s loss is Heaven’s gain. A celebration of his life service will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Todd Sessions officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
