Randy Lavern Vieau

Mr. Randy Lavern Vieau, 73, entered into rest on October 16, 2026.

Mr. Vieau had a deep love for music, especially the blues and enjoyed his time playing his guitar. He also found joy in cooking, Camping and spending time outdoors. A proud military veteran, serving in the United States Air Force, he loved his country and was a strong supporter of the National Rifle Association and President Donald Trump. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished his loved ones. His grandchildren were his greatest joy and the memories they shared will forever be treasured.

Mr. Vieau is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Grace Vieau and his siblings, Daronda Bromstead and Richard Vieau; and his four-legged companion, Muffin. Mr. Vieu is survived by his life partner of 32 years, Brenda Strom; step-children, Richard Wright, Johnie Wright (Tammy), Stephen Wright, Gloria Speed, and Venera Shirley (Larry); siblings, Douglas Vieu (Frankie), Raymond Vieau and Teresa Jeffs (Bob); grandchildren, Victoria Shirley and Caroline Wright; and his very best friends, Tommy Pope (Shirley) and Scotty Stephens (Angie).

A private service will be held at a later date to honor Mr. Vieu. The family would also like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the Critical Care Unit of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center.
