Williams- Ruby C. Williams, age 85, of North SC, the loving wife of Mr. Bobby G. Jeffcoat, and daughter of the late Charlie and Gussie D. Cook, entered into eternal rest on Sunday July 24th, 2016. Mrs. Williams was a doll maker at the Horseman Doll Company, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends whose lives she touched over her 85 years that God granted her on this earth. She shall live on forever in the hearts of those whom she loved. All services for Mrs. Williams will be private.
