Terry "Goose" Adams, Sr.

Mr. Terry "Goose" Adams, Sr., age 70, beloved husband of 50 years to Mrs. Ree Baker Adams, entered into rest peacefully, surrounded by his family on Saturday September 19, 2026 at his home in Warrenville

In addition to his wife he is survived by his son, Terry Adams, Jr. and his wife Abby; daughter, Sarah Boggs and her husband Chip; grandchildren, Kadence Adams, Keegan Adams, Keeleigh Adams, Nevaeh Ross, Bryant Ross, Brynlee Boggs, Bayne Boggs; brothers, John Adams (Ann Marie), Jerry Adams (Kathy); and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Margaret Lindley Adams; brothers, Gary Adams, Danny Adams; and sister, Polly Cauley.

Goose worked for Bechtel Construction at the Savannah River Site as a sheet metal worker. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local 399. He enjoyed playing golf and was a member of the Midland Valley Country Club. Goose was also a member of Clearwater First Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A funeral service honoring his life will be held on Thursday September 24, 2026 at 10am in the chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home with Alvin Padgett officiating. The interment will follow at The Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening September 23, 2026 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Terry Adams, Jr., Chip Boggs, Alex Baker, John Bozzarello, Jerry Adams and Drake Robins.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Leon Green, Bill Whitmire, T.C. Green, Randy Williams, Clifford Rushton and David Caver.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to The Agape Hospice Care Team and Rachael Simmons with the Remain At Home Health Care.
