Wilbur Larry Britt

Mr. Wilbur Larry Britt, age 86, beloved husband of 54 years to late Nina McGhee Britt, entered into rest on Friday May 22, 2026.

He is survived by his daughters, Angela Britt, Michele (Terry) Padgett; grandchildren, Chad (Janice) Britt, Corey Britt, Josh (Katie) Smith, Brooke (Alex) Bridges; and six great grandchildren.

In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by his son, Russell L. "Rusty" Britt; and parents, Wilber and Thelma Britt.

Mr. Britt worked for 31 years at Kimberly Clark as a Process Leader. He was a member of Clearwater First Baptist Church for many years. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A funeral service honoring his life will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2026 at 2PM in the chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Kenny Murphy officiating. The entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Chad Britt, Bradley Smith, Mack Britt, Sole Gordon, Richard Stone and Ben Cochran.
